Controls:

Press Alt+Enter to toggle fullscreen.
Drag the window edges to resize the game to your ideal size.
Press X to toggle exclusive fullscreen.
Press Z or Select to toggle the game's zoom level.
Press M to mute the music.
Press N to mute the sound.
Use your Mouse, Arrow Keys, WASD or Joysticks to select options.
Use LMB, Space, Return or South Button to proceed/choose option.
Press ESC or Start to pause.
Scroll up, press Shift, or West Button to open the dialogue log.
Hold Control or North Button to quickly skip text.

Additionally, you can play entirely on the numpad:
Use any number key to proceed or choose an option. Zero will always choose the last option.
Use + to open the log.
Use 2 and 8 to scroll in the log menu.
Use - to open the pause menu.
Use Enter to quickly skip text.
Press * to toggle the game's size.
